Jesus “Frank” Partida
Established in 2001, and rated as one of the top law firms in the San Diego area, The Law Office of Jesus F. Partida has been providing legal services in family law, immigration, criminal, civil, estate planning and general practice matters for 25 years. He provides important legal support to the Foundation and joined as a Founding Board Member in 2025.
He holds a BA from University of California, San Diego and a JD from
